• Project type: Local business branding and customer experience strategy
• Scope: This project was one of 35 local salons I managed as part of an ongoing brand and advertising strategy portfolio. Each salon required tailored UX and messaging strategies based on its unique context.

📍Context

A neighborhood hair salon was struggling with low customer acquisition and retention in a saturated market. They lacked a clear brand identity and compelling value proposition, which made it hard to attract new visitors and keep them coming back.

I also worked closely with both the salon's internal team (owner and staff) and my own sales/account team to align business goals, user needs, and creative direction across all touchpoints.
