A mid-sized beauty appliance company was preparing for a product launch but struggled with declining engagement and fragmented communication on their outdated website.
The site lacked clear structure, user flow, and alignment between business goals and actual content.

How can we reframe the site’s structure and messaging to support both product clarity and user trust?

- Disorganized content hierarchy with competing priorities
- Poor product visibility and unclear navigation paths
- Misalignment between internal assumptions and user goals
- Design constraints from legacy CMS and limited UX knowledge in-house
🚀What I did
- Conducted light competitor benchmarking and SEO behavior analysis
- Proposed a revised sitemap based on user goal flows and product discovery
- Created visual content flow maps to spotlight core offerings
- Collaborated with the CEO to align business tone, visual messaging, and calls to action
- Advised on content entry and ongoing iteration under CMS limitations
